Billy Collins' "Forgetfulness"

US Poet Laureate Billy Collins shares his poem "Forgetfullness". It's animated by Julian Grey (Headgear) and was recently used by JWT to promote the Sundance Channel. There's actually an entire series of these that I'll like to in later posts. Enjoy:

I personally think that HeadGear does amazing work. They're a hot Toronto shop that still appreciates more traditional "old school" animation teechniques, but have taken it to a wonderful level. Birds vs. Tree

A beautiful video of some interesting bird activity. The patterns in which they fly are truly spectacular, let alone the bizarre attraction they seem to have to the cedar. Here are some flickr photos with similar flocks of birds.
