YouTube Talent?

As I was browsing through the YouTube universe, I came across this video of a girl named Brooke "Brookers" Brodack saying a goodbye of sorts to her army of fans on YouTube. After poking around, it turns out that Carson Daly (yeah, I know...) recently signed her to a talent / development deal that would produce content for the web, tv, etc.. As I watch more of her stuff her talent becomes more apparent - a real smartass kid with a knack for timing and writing. Here are a few (be patient with them - they're pretty simplistic and often juvenile, but there's definitely talent running around):

That last one has nearly 2 million views - pretty incredible. So, is this how's it's gonna be? It's pretty cool if you think about it - a level talent playing field. If you've got it, you can share it. It'll be very interesting to see others rise out of the digital mist as the years roll on.
